Every new client will have an initial assessment meeting with an MCSE qualified Senior Project Manager. He will spend time learning about your business and how your company operates .

Risk Assessment and Auditing

A thorough audit of your computer systems, network and security will be completed from which a report and risk assessment will be generated. An action plan will be presented where key concerns will be addressed in order of priority along with the most appropriate course of action to eliminate any risk.

Dedicated Systems Engineer

'BlueChip' clients have a dedicated Microsoft Certified Professional' assigned to their systems. Each month your engineer will call to make adjustments and upgrades as well as providing support to your staff ensuring that everyone is happy and productive with their computers. Support calls will be routed to your engineer who will know what is appropriate for you and your systems

Monitoring and Remote Support

Prevention rather than cure'. We ensure that essential services such as backup, email, data access, anti virus updates etc. are all functioning on a daily basis via remote monitoring. Our support staff are able to resolve many issues remotely. The closer our client comes to the Focus IT BlueChip standard the more problems can be resolved quickly without the need for a site visit.
